Supreme Court Overrules California Judge; Grants Asylum Restrictions At Southern Border. Using the 2pm chart, the USA has Ceres (removal/displacement) at 8 degrees of Pisces (among other things, foreigners) in the Fourth House (home/land/etc) -- one could interpret this placement as something to do with immigration. Today, transiting Ceres at 8 Sagittarius (the law?) is square this point. Hence, the transit reflects a law which partially removes immigration... We have ample evidence to link Ceres to removals and disappearances. We are going to start looking for more examples for when transiting Ceres accompanies a significant gain as well.
